Job Summary
Lead the deployment of strategic programs for APAC Essential Health and Skin Health Operations, overseeing program governance, business case development, funding coordination, and cross-functional execution. Drive optimization of manufacturing networks, risk management, and digital-enabled initiatives through collaboration with Functions and APAC Digital Council; monitor segment performance, support SMP and product-touching initiatives, and ensure governance across OPEX/CAPEX for the APAC segment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- A degree in engineering, supply chain, or a relevant field is preferred
- MBA or MS is a plus
- A minimum of 8 years of diverse experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain Planning, Quality, Finance
- Demonstrated experience in project/program management process/cycle with strong follow up skills
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams
- Experience working in a highly matrixed, global organization is critical for success
- English speaking required
