Job Summary
Lead and manage buy- and sell-side commercial due diligence and strategy engagements end-to-end, taking ownership of scoping, workplanning, resourcing, budgeting, and overall deliverable quality. Manage and coach a team of Associates and Senior Associates by allocating workstreams, reviewing outputs, providing feedback, and supporting their development. Direct the design and execution of primary and secondary research, including expert interviews and customer surveys, to triangulate market and competitive insights. Oversee financial and operational models, pressure-test assumptions, and synthesize findings into clear investment theses and strategic recommendations. Serve as the primary client contact for pre- and post-deal relationships, managing engagement economics and leading workshops for management teams and investors. Drive business development, contribute to proposals, and lead post-deal value creation workstreams.
