Job Summary
Strategy & Consulting role focused on Industry X and digital manufacturing. Lead SAP MM and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) engagements, design SAP solutions, configure SAP MM/EWM, conduct conference room pilots, and assist in resolving requirements. Deliver client-focused projects by collaborating with stakeholders, training users, and supporting deployment. Contribute to Practice Development by building assets, PoVs, research, white papers, and go-to-market offerings. Require MBA and engineering background with 5+ years of SAP MM/S4HANA/ECC experience; strong analytical skills; domain knowledge across Lifesciences, CG&S, Automotive, Industrial Equipment, Med-Tech, Aerospace & Defense, and Hi-Tech manufacturing. Strong client-facing capabilities and multi-stakeholder collaboration are essential.
Required Qualifications
- MBA from Tier-1 business school
- Bachelor's in Engineering/Technology from Tier-1 institute
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in SAP MM and well-versed in S4 HANA/ ECC
- SAP Certifications (beneficial)
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, APICS CSCP, IOT Platform, Advanced analytics, Agile certification (CSPO or CSM) will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in SAP MM, EWM configuration and Customizations
- Knowledge of SAP MM, EWM topics like Master data, batch management, Inventory management, Pricing procedure, Inbound/Outbound processes
- Cross module integration with SD, PP, MM, QM, PM
- Experience in scoping, designing, configuring SAP MM, EWM, and implementing it in projects
- Experience in delivering technology guidance, proof of concepts, etc.
