Job Summary
Strategy Consultant role within Wells Fargo's Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) Strategy team. The consultant partners with CIB senior leadership to define, evaluate, and execute strategic priorities across Banking, Markets, CRE, and enterprise initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting rigorous quantitative and qualitative analyses on growth, capital deployment, risk appetite, and returns optimization; developing executive-ready materials for management committees and board discussions; collaborating with finance, risk, and other stakeholders to translate strategy into executable initiatives; supporting portfolio reviews, new business assessments, M&A evaluation, and cross-LOB coordination; synthesizing internal performance data, market analyses, and external benchmarks; managing workstreams independently in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. Requires 4+ years of Strategy and Planning experience; preferred degrees in analytic fields; experience in top-tier management consulting and/or Investment Banking, Private Credit, or Private Equity; hybrid onsite work at NY location; not eligible for Visa sponsorship; relocation assistance not available.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
