Job Summary
Manage the development and implementation of strategic plans aligned with clients' business objectives. Lead comprehensive research and analysis initiatives to capture market insights, then steer client engagements through workshops and presentations to guide decision-making. Coordinate detailed deliverables ensuring high-quality reports and presentations effectively communicate findings. Coach and develop junior team members in real time while contributing to business development and building client relationships. Own workstreams end-to-end from hypothesis to executive-ready outcomes, driving quality and managing timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Proven analytical abilities, showcasing the skill to extract meaningful insights from complex data sets
- High proficiency in communication, both verbally and in writing, to effectively articulate ideas and influence stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, with a knack for delivering innovative and creative solutions to challenges
- Demonstrated collaboration skills, contributing positively and effectively within diverse and dynamic teams
- Structured, hypothesis-driven thinkers
- Genuine commercial awareness
- Ability to lead teams through ambiguity
- Ability to take ownership - of the work, of the team's development and of the standard we deliver to clients
- Experience in financial services or mining is valued
