Job Summary
Define and communicate data, AI, and technology strategies that align with client business objectives, leading workshops and executive discussions from design through follow-up. Build business cases for data and AI investments tied to measurable value while shaping governance models clients can operate sustainably. Guide clients through technology and platform decisions without owning the technical build, translating complex topics into insight through strong visual storytelling. Manage senior stakeholder relationships and coach teams on structured problem solving. You will structure ambiguous problems under time pressure and produce polished, executive-ready presentations. This senior advisory role within the Data Office supports clients across pharma, biotech, and medtech to turn data and AI into competitive advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science or related field
- 6 to 10+ years of experience
- 3+ years at MBB, a top tier boutique or a Big 4 strategy arm
- Track record leading client workshops and owning deliverables independently
- Strong grounding in data strategy, AI strategy or technology strategy
- Native or fluent in German and English
