Job Summary
Define and communicate data, AI, and technology strategies that align with client business objectives. Lead workshops, steering committees, and executive discussions from design through follow-up, building business cases tied to measurable value. Shape governance models for data and AI, guide technology platform decisions, and translate complex technical topics into actionable insights for leadership. Manage senior stakeholder relationships, coach client teams on structured problem solving, and balance relationship management with challenging the status quo. This senior advisory role within the Data Office supports clients in pharma, biotech, and medtech under pressure to turn data and AI into competitive advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science or related field
- 6 to 10+ years of experience
- 3+ years at MBB, a top tier boutique or a Big 4 strategy arm
- Track record leading client workshops and owning deliverables independently
- Strong grounding in data strategy, AI strategy or technology strategy, ideally including governance
- Native or fluent in German and English
