Job Summary
Define and communicate data, AI, and technology strategies that align with client business objectives, leading workshops, steering committees, and executive discussions from design through follow-up. Build and present business cases for data and AI investments tied to measurable value while shaping governance models clients can operate sustainably. Guide clients through technology and platform decisions, translating complex technical topics into actionable insights through visual storytelling. Manage senior stakeholder relationships and align competing agendas across functions. Coach client teams and Fusion colleagues on structured problem solving and strategic communication. This senior advisory role within the Data Office shapes how clients think about data, AI, and technology at the highest level, translating that thinking into strategies leadership can act on.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science or related field
- 6 to 10+ years of experience
- 3+ years at MBB, a top tier boutique or a Big 4 strategy arm
- Track record leading client workshops and owning deliverables independently
- Strong grounding in data strategy, AI strategy or technology strategy
- Native or fluent in German and English
