Job Summary
Define and communicate data, AI, and technology strategies that align with client business objectives in the life sciences sector. Lead client workshops, steering committees, and executive discussions from initial design through final recommendations. Build and present business cases for data and AI investments tied to measurable value, while shaping governance models clients can operate sustainably. Guide clients through technology and platform decisions without owning the technical build, translating complex topics into actionable insights for leadership. Manage senior stakeholder relationships and coach teams on structured problem solving. This senior advisory role within our Data Office requires a Master's degree, 6 to 10+ years of experience, and fluency in German and English.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science or related field
- 6 to 10+ years of experience
- 3+ years at MBB, a top tier boutique or a Big 4 strategy arm
- Track record leading client workshops and owning deliverables independently
- Strong grounding in data strategy, AI strategy or technology strategy
- Native or fluent in German and English
