Job Summary
Define and communicate data, AI, and technology strategies that align with client business objectives. Lead client workshops, steering committees, and executive discussions from design through follow-up. Build business cases for data and AI investments tied to measurable value and shape governance models for sustainable operation. Guide clients through technology and platform decisions, translating complex technical topics into actionable insights for leadership. Manage senior stakeholder relationships, coach client teams on structured problem solving, and drive workshops toward decisive outcomes under time pressure. This senior advisory role within the Data Office shapes how life science clients leverage data and AI to gain competitive advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science or related field
- 6 to 10+ years of experience
- 3+ years at MBB, a top tier boutique or a Big 4 strategy arm
- Track record leading client workshops and owning deliverables independently
- Strong grounding in data strategy, AI strategy or technology strategy
- Native or fluent in German and English
Desired Qualifications
- MBA a plus
- Life sciences or other regulated industry experience
