Job Summary
Define and communicate data, AI, and technology strategies that align with client business objectives while leading workshops and executive discussions from design through follow-up. Build business cases for data and AI investments tied to measurable value, shape governance models for sustainable operation, and guide clients through platform decisions without owning the technical build. Translate complex technical topics into actionable insights for leadership through visual storytelling and manage senior stakeholder relationships across functions. Coach client teams and colleagues on structured problem solving and strategic communication within the Life Sciences industry.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science or related field
- 6 to 10+ years of experience
- 3+ years at MBB, a top tier boutique or a Big 4 strategy arm
- Track record leading client workshops and owning deliverables independently
- Strong grounding in data strategy, AI strategy or technology strategy
- Native or fluent in German and English
Desired Qualifications
- MBA a plus
- Life sciences or other regulated industry experience
