Job Summary
Define and communicate data, AI, and technology strategies that align with client business objectives. Lead client workshops, steering committees, and executive discussions from design through follow-up. Build business cases for data and AI investments tied to measurable value. Shape governance models for data and AI that clients can operate sustainably. Guide clients through technology and platform decisions without owning the technical build. Translate complex technical topics into insight leadership can act on, including through strong visual storytelling. Manage senior stakeholder relationships and align competing agendas across functions. Coach client teams and Fusion colleagues on structured problem solving and strategic communication. This senior advisory role within our Data Office shapes how clients think about data, AI, and technology at the highest level.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science or related field
- 6 to 10+ years of experience
- 3+ years at MBB, a top tier boutique or a Big 4 strategy arm
- Track record leading client workshops and owning deliverables independently
- Strong grounding in data strategy, AI strategy or technology strategy, ideally including governance
- Native or fluent in German and English
