Job Summary
Remote-first freelance Strategy Consultant pool. Responsibilities vary by engagement and may include defining experience principles, journeys, and systems across physical and digital touchpoints; shaping ecommerce and retail strategy for global brands; advising senior leaders on AI opportunities; building clear, compelling stories in slides for senior client audiences; conducting and synthesising research to identify challenges and opportunities; turning complex inputs into simple, actionable ideas and frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years in strategy (consulting, agency, or hybrid)
- Able to work independently with light oversight
- Excellent communicator, comfortable with ambiguity and simplifying complexity
- Experience in retail, consumer goods, or tech preferred but not required
- Remote-first role; travel may be required
- Right to work in the United Kingdom; employer not offering sponsorship
