Job Summary
Support senior management in tackling strategic challenges within the mobility and automotive sectors by analyzing markets, customer trends, and business models to formulate well-founded recommendations. Lead your first independent projects while developing digital business strategies, operational transformation approaches, and data- and technology-based solutions alongside experienced colleagues. Design workshops, prepare decision-making frameworks, and present results with assurance at management levels. Identify potential and assess maturity levels of AI, data, and software initiatives to develop viable concepts for clients.
Required Qualifications
- A degree with above-average grades
- Ideally with a specialisation in business, engineering or IT
- At least 2–4 years' relevant professional experience at an established management consultancy, in the mobility/automotive sector, or in a strategy, digital or transformation role within a company
- In-depth experience in several of the following areas: Development of digital business models and corporate strategies
- In-depth experience in Change and transformation management, as well as (agile) organisational development
- In-depth experience in Improving the efficiency of processes and value creation structures
- In-depth experience in Data transformation and data-driven decision-making models
- In-depth experience in IT transformation, CIO advisory and technology architectures at a conceptual level
- In-depth experience in Future sales and aftersales, digital customer experiences and platform-based approaches
- In-depth experience in Applications of AI to enhance efficiency, quality and business impact
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Confident manner, persuasive communication skills and presentation skills – in German and English
- High levels of self-motivation
- A willingness to learn
- The ability to take on responsibility in a dynamic consultancy environment
