Job Summary
Build deep insights and understanding of business and product features through project and stakeholder management, always leveraging data for decision-making. Design and implement initiatives to improve business and product indicators, utilizing advanced Excel data processing, SQL, and Python to analyze metrics. Ensure collaboration with multiple stakeholders to enhance operational productivity and user experience while overseeing growth of DiDi's business in Colombia and nearby LATAM regions. Balance attention to detail with swift execution in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Active student of Engineering, Economics, Computer science, Actuary or any related bachelor's degree
- Knowledge and interest in analytics and programming (Python, SQL, R, etc.)
- Strong Excel skills
- Proven to be self-motivated, self-directed, and eager to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions
- Excellent organization and time management systems for yourself and your employees
- Clear Communicator - you are a clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly and highlight the key insights
- Proficiency in English & Spanish
