Job Summary
Turn data into insight by pulling, structuring, and analyzing adoption usage across accounts to build models and dashboards that identify value gaps. Build scalable playbooks and frameworks by codifying successful engagement patterns into reusable methodologies and templates. Capture best practices by synthesizing lessons learned into stakeholder maps, workflow analyses, and tracking systems to keep engagements on plan. Drive cross-functional coordination across Legal Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success to align teams and surface risks early. Build executive-ready communications by translating complex analysis into crisp narratives and decks for senior partners and leadership. Synthesize learnings into internal knowledge and external thought leadership to sharpen market perspectives on AI transformation.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (MBB — McKinsey, BCG, Bain — or equivalent)
- Exceptional quantitative and data analysis skills
- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Omni, Looker, Tableau) or SQL
- A track record of building playbooks, frameworks, or repeatable methodology
- Exposure to transformation, change management, and strategy work
- Exposure to legal, financial services, or professional services
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and a bias to action
