Job Summary
Strategy & Operations Senior Analyst to optimize Enova's core P&Ls. Own end-to-end projects from hypothesis to implementation, diagnose issues using data (SQL, BI dashboards), and present findings to secure buy-in. Build proactive staffing/models (e.g., a Golden Ratio of offers-per-rep) by aligning marketing forecasts with sales capacity, transforming reactive processes into proactive, scalable solutions that improve customer experience and drive business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance
- 2-4 years of work experience in management consulting, data analytics, or business operations
- Technical Fluency with SQL, BI tools, and analytical models (preferred)
- Self-Sufficiency in identifying problems and driving solutions
