Job Summary
The Strategy & Operations Intern will work directly with the Director of Strategy & Operations, Care Transformation, to evaluate new growth opportunities, support operational improvements, and drive high-priority strategic initiatives across TimelyCare. Responsibilities include conducting market research and competitive analysis, analyzing internal and external data to identify insights and quantify opportunities, structuring and managing project plans with milestones and timelines, partnering with cross-functional leaders to test assumptions and refine recommendations, building presentations for senior leadership, and supporting scalable operational improvements. The role emphasizes independent workstreams, analytical problem-solving, and clear communication to inform strategic decisions that impact student well-being and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an MBA program, completed an MBA, or planning to begin an MBA in the near future (non-MBA candidates with relevant operator experience welcome to apply) preferred
