Job Summary
Strategy and Operations Consultant responsible for helping clients translate strategic initiatives into actionable roadmaps and tangible value. Focus areas include Strategy and Execution, Process Improvement, Operational Transformation, Organizational Design, and Mergers & Acquisitions. Key duties involve leveraging quantitative and qualitative insights to inform strategic alignment, identifying performance gaps, leading post-merger integration activities, facilitating Current/Future State analyses, and delivering data-driven recommendations. The role emphasizes solving real business problems, presenting business cases to executives, cross-functional collaboration, and driving transformations across industries with an emphasis on agility and collaboration.
