Job Summary
Strategy and Operations Consultant to deliver data-driven strategic initiatives across industries, engaging with clients from the C-suite to the shop floor. Responsibilities include leveraging quantitative and qualitative insights to inform strategic alignment, driving process and organizational improvements, leading post-merger integration activities, facilitating Current/Future State analyses, identifying performance gaps, developing roadmaps, and presenting business cases to senior leaders. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, governance, and change management to increase operational effectiveness and support transformation initiatives.
