Job Summary
Strategy and Operations consultant to work with clients at all levels, helping deliver strategic initiatives through a blend of quantitative and qualitative insights, roadmaps, and execution. Responsibilities include defining prioritization, process improvement, organizational design, post-merger integration activities, and driving large-scale transformations. The role emphasizes communicating business cases to senior leadership, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and enabling data-driven decisions to improve performance and value for clients. The candidate should be adaptable, ethical, curious, and comfortable working in dynamic environments, with a focus on delivering tangible results and growing the client’s leadership capabilities.
Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated business and technology acumen
- Experience working with and/or leading a team
