Job Summary
Strategy and Operations Consultant to help clients at all levels deliver on strategic initiatives. Works across industries providing data-driven decisions to enable value delivery. Responsibilities include translating business problems into actionable roadmaps, facilitating process improvement, organizational design, and post-merger integration activities; engages with C-suite and stakeholders to present findings and recommendations; collaborates across functions to drive transformation and align governance with strategic goals. Ideal candidate demonstrates experience solving real business problems, presenting to executives, and leading teams in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- Authorization for permanent employment in the United States (not eligible for immigration sponsorship)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with and/or leading a team
- Demonstrated business and technology acumen
- Proven track record of delivering results
- Ability to work across industries, roles, functions & technologies
