Job Summary
Strategy and Operations Consultant needed to help clients across industries deliver on strategic initiatives through data-driven decision making, organizational design, and transformational programs. Responsibilities include driving process improvements, defining strategic roadmaps, leading assessments to map current and future states, facilitating post-merger integration activities, and presenting business cases to the C-Suite. The role requires strong written and verbal communication, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to solve real business problems with a combination of technical and business acumen. SEI consultants work to close gaps in governance and operations, lead initiatives across organizations, and contribute to business development and internal initiatives while maintaining a client-focused, collaborative approach.
