Job Summary
Strategy and Operations Consultant who works with clients across industries to deliver data-driven strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include leveraging quantitative and qualitative insights to inform strategic alignment, developing roadmaps, prioritization, and executing process improvements, operational transformation, and organizational design. Must collaborate with executives to identify performance gaps, drive post-merger integration activities, and lead initiatives that close gaps and accelerate value delivery while communicating effectively with C-suite and cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates demonstrate business and technology acumen, experience solving real business problems, and a proven ability to deliver results while guiding teams and supporting business development and internal initiatives.
Required Qualifications
