Job Summary
Lead end-to-end M&A activities across screening, evaluation, execution and post-acquisition follow-up; develop and maintain the M&A pipeline through market analysis and stakeholder engagement; perform financial analysis and valuation, and prepare business cases; support transaction processes including due diligence and negotiations; prepare clear, well-structured materials for Executive Team and Board discussions; contribute to post-acquisition value creation and broader Group strategy; collaborate closely with CEO, CFO and the Executive Team; requires analytical rigor, structured thinking, commercial mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment; fluent Swedish and English; proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; degree in Finance, Business Economics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience from M&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development
- Strong analytical and financial skills, including valuation
- Experience working in project-based environments with multiple stakeholders
- Clear and professional communication skills in Swedish and English
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- Relevant academic degree (Degree in Finance, Business Economics, Industrial Engineering or similar related field)
