Job Summary
Strategy & Governance Manager focused on AML and sanctions compliance for FanDuel Canada’s Financial Crimes Compliance program. Responsible for governance and program strategy, AML policies/procedures, coordinating audits and risk assessments, KPI/KRI collection and reporting to senior leadership, program development with senior management, and identifying training needs. Requires extensive experience in a regulated financial environment, knowledge of FINTRAC regulations, strong documentation and analytics skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments. Located in Toronto, Canada with a hybrid work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years working in the compliance function of a highly regulated financial institution or similar organization
- at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Canadian gaming experience a plus
- In-depth knowledge of FINTRAC regulations
- Strong documentation and analytics capabilities
- Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) certification preferred
