Job Summary
Lead cross-functional analytical initiatives across Integrated Marketing, Channel Marketing, and Partner Management, owning workstreams end-to-end from problem framing to insight delivery. Manage complex partner performance data spanning the full enrollment funnel, proactively surfacing data quality issues and reconciliation gaps before they impact stakeholders. Build and maintain analytical pipelines and reporting workflows with BI and data engineering teams to ensure reliable partner performance monitoring. Incorporate AI-assisted tools like Claude and Databricks Genie into daily workflows to accelerate analysis while maintaining full ownership of judgment. Establish KPIs and translate performance data into actionable recommendations for executives, while coaching analysts to strengthen team capability.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in an analytical or strategy leadership role (strategy, business analytics, business operations, corporate finance, business transformation) and/or in a professional services organization (consulting, private equity, investment banking)
- Strong proficiency in Databricks and advanced SQL, including CTE structuring, query performance optimization, and fundamental window functions, with foundational knowledge of data governance and data engineering principles
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools like Claude and Databricks Genie, prompt engineering, and natural language query interfaces
- Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query M for data transformation workflows and DAX for calculated measures
- Working experience with business intelligence and data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau
- Demonstrated ability to conceive and execute quantitative analysis and deliver data-driven insights with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree with proven record of achievement and quantitative proficiency
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science is a plus
- Proven track record in using Databricks, SQL, AI tools and data analysis to clean data, extract insights, and communicate takeaways to leadership in a professional setting
