Job Summary
Break down complex strategic problems to uncover actionable insights and lead large cross-functional initiatives with Product, Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams. Identify opportunities, develop hypotheses, execute in-depth analyses, and make recommendations to leadership based on findings while owning key business metrics. Provide thought partnership to ensure the organization uses data thoughtfully and develop scalable operational processes to fill gaps. Level up the Strategy & Analytics team through new processes, training, and coaching. This high-impact individual contributor role supports Faire's mission to connect independent retailers globally using data and machine learning.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in an analytical and strategic role across analytics, consulting, product, business operations, or finance
