Job Summary
Strategy & Analytics Lead Analyst supports C&CE strategy by building data-driven business cases, identifying opportunities, and communicating insights to senior leadership. Responsibilities include developing analytical models/insights, pulling data from relevant sources, evaluating options with costs/benefits, designing testing plans, monitoring performance indicators, and distilling work into crisp presentations to educate and inspire action. The role requires coding in SQL/Python/R, strong cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Tech, Finance, and business teams, and the ability to autonomously manage project plans while shaping transformational opportunities over a 3-5 year horizon.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (math, economics, statistics, engineering, business or related field preferred)
- One year of relevant management consulting or analytics experience
- Proficiency in an analytics-focused coding language, e.g. SQL, Python, or R
- Strong communication (oral and written), presentation, and facilitation skills
- Ability to structure project plans and independently manage to deadlines
- Ability to partner across organizations and roles to influence and deliver work
