Job Summary

Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support enterprise strategic planning, building financial and operational scenarios for quarterly, annual, and multi-year cycles. Synthesize research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory developments into actionable intelligence that guides executive decision-making. Design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs to monitor progress against strategic goals, while preparing board-ready presentations and briefing documents. Develop business cases and ROI models to evaluate new initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to embed strategy into day-to-day execution. This role is part of the strategic planning process at a financial services organization, requiring a target compensation of $90,000 - $110,000 annually.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, finance, analytics, or related roles with demonstrated ability to conduct research, develop business cases, and support executive decision-making
  • Experience supporting strategic planning processes and developing board ready materials in a corporate, financial services, or consulting environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in applying data analysis to solve business problems in fast-moving environments
  • Proficiency in frameworks such as SWOT, PESTLE, Porter's Five Forces, balanced scorecards, and OKRs to evaluate organizational positioning and define priorities
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; ability to build ROI models, sensitivity analyses, and scenario forecasts to support business cases and strategy recommendations
  • Ability to conduct primary and secondary research, synthesize market trends, competitor moves, and regulatory developments into actionable insights
  • Strong skills in developing executive-ready presentations and board materials that translate complex data and analysis into clear, compelling narratives
  • Ability to evaluate ambiguous business problems, identify root causes, and propose practical, data-driven solutions
  • Skilled in extracting, analyzing, and presenting data using BI and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
  • Comfortable with SQL for querying and joining datasets

Desired Qualifications

  • Masters Degree or MBA
  • Working knowledge of data infrastructure, analytics platforms, and emerging technologies (AI, automation, digital transformation tools) to assess innovation opportunities
  • Data Analysis & Visualization: Skilled in extracting, analyzing, and presenting data using BI and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
  • Comfortable with SQL for querying and joining datasets
