Job Summary
Support high-priority strategic initiatives, including Board-mandated and cross-functional projects, by coordinating workstreams, conducting analysis, and preparing documentation for stakeholder engagement. Lead central tracking and governance of strategic initiatives to provide visibility to the Leadership Team and Board through a structured monthly process. Support the coordination and execution of Annual and 5-Year Planning processes, ensuring effective cross-functional input and alignment while contributing to data gathering and the preparation of the Iress Corporate Strategy. Assist in the delivery of key strategic forums, including Quarterly Business Reviews and Strategic Councils, ensuring alignment and effective execution across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in a strategy function
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
