Job Summary
The Strategy Analyst role at HBX Group involves supporting the Strategic Performance Lead and the Head of Strategic Performance by developing and maintaining internal factbases, monitoring key strategic initiatives, and delivering high-quality reporting and insights for senior leadership. Candidates should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience preparing reports and dashboards, and the ability to synthesize complex information clearly. Experience of 1-3 years in related fields is required, with a focus on data analysis and project support.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in strategy, business analysis, project management, or a similar analytical role (internships included)
- Strong analytical, problem‐solving, and data interpretation skills
- Ability to work with large datasets, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesise complex information clearly
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross‐functionally
- Highly organised, detail‐oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Proactive mindset, with the ability to support strategic initiatives and adapt to evolving priorities
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in strategy, business performance, transformation, or a similar analytical role
- Experience in data analysis, research, or project support
- Exposure to working in a global or matrixed organization
