Job Summary
Support senior leadership in developing corporate strategies including M&A ideation, capital raise transactions, market analysis, and legislative strategy. Collaborate cross-functionally with the leadership team to drive strategic goals from inception through execution and closure. Serve as a resource on operational and strategic matters while managing multiple complex workstreams in parallel. Operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment requiring adaptability to shifting priorities. Prepare data-driven deliverables with strong attention to detail and clear communication skills. This opportunity is in-person at our west Austin, Texas headquarters.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., conditional resident, asylee or refugee (protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Engineering, Business, or Math
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
