Job Summary
Lead initiatives to analyze complex business problems using internal and external data; develop strategic recommendations and actionable outputs; consolidate research and author timely strategic intelligence reports for senior management, the Board, and investors. Provide data-driven strategic direction to identify business issues and opportunities; translate analytics into action to impact and influence business outcomes; monitor healthcare industry dynamics, regulatory and market trends to inform market entry/exit decisions; advise executives to develop functional strategies; collaborate with cross-functional teams to align work with company strategy; travel occasionally for training or meetings. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of relevant experience, strong communication and presentation skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools for creating queries, forms, reports, presentations, and documents.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 or more years of relevant experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience with delivering presentations to all levels of leadership
- Demonstrated ability to translate analytics into action and use the data to impact and influence business outcomes
- Previous experience identifying new opportunities, creating products/programs/solutions and/or supporting change efforts
- Versatile learner with the ability to embrace change and enjoy the challenge of unfamiliar tasks
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- Microsoft Office proficiency — able to write queries, create forms, reports presentations, and documents in Word, Power Point, and Excel
