Job Summary
Support Senior Strategists in managing a portfolio of e-commerce brands by coordinating execution across Media, Creative, Retention, CRO, Analytics, and Amazon delivery teams. Build client meeting agendas, capture action items, and track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to keep projects moving forward. Monitor account performance to identify trends, risks, or opportunities requiring attention, while preparing reporting, organizing insights, and supporting strategic planning discussions. Maintain accurate account documentation, project plans, and client records to ensure follow-ups are completed. Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively work with internal teams to resolve them. Assist with client onboarding to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, e-commerce, project coordination, or an agency environment
- Education or experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow through on commitments
