Job Summary
Strategist, Paid Social drives end-to-end paid display and video campaigns across Google Ads and social platforms, builds and maintains client relationships, and delivers data-driven insights. Responsibilities include strategizing and executing paid display/video campaigns, managing budgets and pacing, crafting engaging ad copy, addressing disapproved ads or technical setup issues, tracking metrics such as CTR, CPC, and CPV, and staying current with platform updates to identify optimization opportunities. Requires a bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising (preferred) and a minimum of three years in Paid Social, with Google Ads Certification required and Meta Blueprint Certification preferred. The role emphasizes analytical rigor, autonomy, and the ability to communicate insights and strategies effectively, with compensation including base salary plus annual bonus and benefits in a hybrid work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of three (3) years of Paid Social experience across platforms
- Google Ads Certification required
- Meta Blueprint Certification preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in deadline-driven environment
- Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills
- Proficiency with MS Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and AI tools like Gemini
