Job Summary
Own the Agent Development Life Cycle, taking initiatives from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, and evaluation to launch and continuous iteration in production. Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders, translating business goals into agents that outperform and tuning them relentlessly for real-world success. Partner with customer working teams daily to run sessions, troubleshoot issues, and make calls that keep builds on track for launch. Directly impact product by surfacing unmet needs from customer work to shape future research and platform direction. Launch agents for retailers handling order management, product discovery, in-store support, and outbound campaigns like cart recovery and win-backs. Transform thorniest customer problems into solutions that measurably move business top lines.
