Job Summary
Develop and execute procurement strategies for non-prescription products, prescription medications, and health care items across the DACH region. Lead annual and condition negotiations with manufacturers, optimizing KPIs such as discounts, bonuses, and payment terms. Analyze margin, sales development, and delivery performance to identify growth and margin potential within the assortment. Collaborate closely with retail media, category management, and demand teams to derive and implement joint measures. Monitor market and competitive developments to inform strategic decisions while building sustainable partnerships with industry leaders.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im kaufmännischen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im strategischen Einkauf
- Überzeugungskraft sowie fundierte Erfahrung in Preis- und Konditionsverhandlungen mit Herstellern
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit Kennzahlen und Reports
- Sicherer Umgang mit Excel und PowerPoint
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

- Erfahrung im OTC-/Freiwahl-Bereich
