Job Summary
Conduct state and benchmark analyses for clients, then design and present individual concepts to decision-makers while ensuring campaigns and messaging align with developed strategies. Collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain oversight, identify new strategic potentials in existing accounts, and develop follow-up strategies that deliver added value. Actively contribute to the evolution of strategic consulting approaches, frameworks, and internal processes, while representing the company as a thought leader in recruiting and employer branding at events and conferences.
