Job Summary

Lead the development and execution of workforce strategies that align business priorities, financial goals, and evolving talent needs. Partner with senior leaders across the business, HR, and Finance to translate workforce data, external trends, and business strategy into actionable plans. Leverage advanced analytics, scenario modeling, and AI-enabled solutions to assess workforce capacity, skills, and organizational needs while anticipating the impact of AI, automation, and operating model changes. Deliver data-driven recommendations that influence long-term business and workforce decisions and help the organization build the capabilities and talent needed for the future.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in finance, business administration, strategic workforce planning, HR strategy, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience using workforce data, advanced analytics, and scenario modeling to support strategic business and workforce decisions
  • Experience partnering with senior business, HR, and Finance leaders to develop and implement workforce strategies
  • Experience applying AI-enabled solutions, automation, or emerging technologies to workforce planning and transformation initiatives
  • Exceptional analytical and modeling skills, with the ability to translate complex workforce and business data into clear, actionable insights for executive audiences
  • Strong knowledge of strategic workforce planning methodologies, advanced analytics, scenario modeling, and AI-enabled workforce planning solutions
  • Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to connect workforce strategies to broader organizational and financial objectives
  • Exceptional program management and process development skills, with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong consulting, influencing, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively partner with senior business, HR, and Finance leaders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, executive presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Strategic and forward-thinking mindset with the ability to anticipate workforce trends, identify emerging opportunities and risks, and develop innovative solutions
  • Ability to operate independently in complex environments, exercise sound judgment, and influence strategic decisions across functions
  • Hybrid work arrangement (average 2 days per week from an HPE office)
