Job Summary
Strategic Projects Manager for Edenred PayTech in Paris or London (Hybrid). Lead long-range and annual strategic planning, develop market prioritization and value propositions across Banking-as-a-Service, Embedded Finance, and Prepaid/Gift cards; build and analyse financial models and business cases; drive cross-functional initiatives sponsored by senior leadership; shape pricing frameworks and commercial strategy; produce executive materials for boards and leadership reviews; coordinate Product, Tech, Sales, Finance, and Compliance to ensure on-time delivery and governance; act as a key interface with Edenred Group and external advisors; leverage strong stakeholder management and storytelling to support growth and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from a leading university in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong experience in strategy, consulting, transformation roles
- Experience working in a multinational or high-growth environment is a plus
- Fluent in English; French strongly preferred
