Job Summary
Strategic & Technology Change Consultant at Deloitte Technology Delivery Center focused on driving change across technology transformation initiatives. Responsibilities include creating operative project communication and support work streams (overview slides, branding, orthography & consistency, layout review), updating and adapting communication materials (PowerPoint, interactive PDFs), compiling Q&As and FAQs from SME workshops, developing client templates and multimedia outputs, supporting Change Management activities (stakeholder analysis, onboarding, engagement, event management, readiness and adoption assessments), preparing user guidelines, coordinating the Change Agents Network, and delivering Training programs and workshops. Requires knowledge of cloud transformation and integration (S4/HANA, Workday, SuccessFactors, Salesforce, ServiceNow), stakeholder management, change-management principles and tools, strong English communication, and ability to collaborate across teams and levels. The role operates within Deloitte Technology Delivery Center serving Deloitte Member Firm clients across Europe, the US, the Middle East and Africa, with a focus on delivering IT technology services and transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with organizational change efforts
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
- Ability to operate across multiple organizational levels
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
