Job Summary
Utilize Groupe-wide resources to identify talent gaps and build sourcing strategies addressing organizational needs. Implement strategic acquisition vision through CRM, ATS, and AI tools like Copilot and ChatGPT while partnering with recruiting teams. Approach sourcing via a multi-faceted method focusing on diversity, inclusion, and relevant experience. Develop tagging structures to nurture prospective talent and follow documented best practices to improve processes. Partner with hiring teams to source candidates for active headcount and ensure alignment with Publicis Groupe's talent structures and capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of sourcing and/or recruiting experience
- 2+ years sourcing and/or recruiting for Creative jobs from associate to executive level
- Experience using various recruiting and sourcing systems & tools (ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, etc.)
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence and demonstrated ability to use AI features and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude for sourcing strategies, talent intelligence and workflow optimization
- Process-oriented, always looking for ways to utilize technology to its fullest extent and focusing on efficiencies / areas of improvement
- An empathetic disposition, always interacting with candidates and internal teams with the utmost professionalism and respect
- The ability to meet business needs and achieve goals without sacrificing a best-in-class candidate experience
- An advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, constantly striving to create opportunities for candidates with varied backgrounds, experiences, and skill sets at each step of the hiring process
