Job Summary
Strategic Talent Acquisition Intern will support the Talent Acquisition Partner and People & Culture Business Partners in recruiting for open roles, sourcing and identifying potential candidates via social media and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Profession.hu, Phenom People), conducting phone screenings, organizing and participating in online and face-to-face interviews, supporting candidates’ hiring journey end-to-end, and creating accurate job advertisements to attract top talent. The role requires ongoing studies in Hungary, 25-30 hours/week availability, and strong English and Hungarian language skills; German is a plus. Flexible hours and home-office options are provided, with potential for a full-time role after graduation.
