Job Summary
Strategic Sourcing Specialist responsible for leading and executing sourcing activities using strategic methodologies across North America. Key duties include managing RFx processes (proposal evaluation, negotiation strategies, contract execution), developing and stewarding multi-year category strategies aligned with business objectives, performing complex data analysis to identify opportunities and actionable recommendations, driving total cost of ownership reduction and cost savings, managing supplier relationships through KPI development and monitoring, ensuring effective contract management including maintenance and compliance, applying legal and commercial knowledge to sourcing decisions, and mentoring junior team members.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in business or engineering or equivalent experience

- Experience in strategic sourcing or supply chain management
- Experience in RFx processes, proposal evaluation, negotiation strategies
- Ability to develop multi-year category strategies
- Strong data analysis and cost modeling capabilities
