Strategic Sourcing Specialist

Strategic Sourcing Specialist will drive the organization’s sourcing lifecycle from understanding business needs to conducting RFx events, negotiating and drafting contracts, and managing the source-to-pay process. Responsibilities include supplier selection activities, competitive bidding, contract administration and reporting, developing supplier specifications with requestors, evaluating and selecting suppliers to ensure best value, managing supplier contracts and relationships for compliance, collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize vendor relationships, and delivering value through cost savings and continuous improvement. Requires strong proactive communication, negotiation, adaptability, prioritization, and planning skills to succeed in a dynamic, high-visibility environment. This position is eligible to work remote, hybrid or onsite in accordance with the Telecommuting Policy; Applicants must reside in Kansas or Missouri or be willing to relocate as a condition of employment.
