Strategic Sourcing Mgr

Lead the sourcing organization as the primary expert for managed categories, working with business areas to identify process improvements and reduce Cost of Goods Manufactured. Establish and lead cross-functional teams in supplier selection and negotiations, managing RFPs via ARIBA and SAP while executing orders post-implementation. Analyze supplier financial stability, assess insurance coverage with Corporate Risk Management, and resolve Terms and Conditions with Legal. Apply Lean and Operational Excellence principles to modify methods for operations process improvements, establishing metrics to monitor supplier performance and risks. Requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, four years of packaging process experience in regulated industries, bilingual skills, and project management abilities.
