Job Summary
Develop sourcing strategies and lead negotiations for global HR contracts to ensure favorable terms aligned with technical, financial, and performance objectives. Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including requirements gathering, market analysis, RFx creation, supplier evaluations, and award recommendations. Manage partnerships supporting recruitment agencies, headhunters, and providers for learning and development, benefits administration, and relocation services. Draft and review contracts, including amendments for MTAs, NDAs, and order forms, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and privacy regulations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, legal, and finance teams to balance cost efficiency with employee experience. This hybrid role in Farmington, CT, supports the RTX Corporate Enterprise Services team in driving cost savings across multiple regions.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship
- University Degree
- minimum 8 years prior relevant experience
- Advanced Degree in a related field
- minimum 5 years of experience (if Advanced Degree)
- 12 years of relevant experience (in absence of a degree)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- 3-5 yrs of services contracts experience
- Knowledge of software contracts
- Ability to effectively work with and communicate with all levels of management and individual contributors on the program team
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
