Job Summary

Develop and execute global sourcing strategies across international supplier networks, managing global spend and driving category strategy aligned with geopolitical factors and trade regulations. Serve as the primary interface with global suppliers to manage relationships, resolve contractual obligations, and lead negotiations for international supply agreements. Partner with Procurement Operations and Planning to execute RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs while integrating demand forecasts and assessing supply risks. Maintain complete supplier documentation, including Statements of Work and compliance forms, and leverage global sourcing metrics to monitor performance and drive cost improvements. Travel up to 10–20% depending on business needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Business, or related discipline
  • 4+ years of professional procurement experience
  • at least 2 years in international sourcing or global supplier management
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to operate as a leader with internal teams and global business partners
  • Deep understanding of global category management, spend analysis, RFx processes, and commercial negotiations
  • Self‐starter with urgency to drive results valuable to a global business
  • Highly organized with ability to manage complexities of international suppliers, regulations, and time zones in a fast‐paced environment
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • ability to effectively navigate sensitive topics across cultures and regions
  • Strong analytical approach with demonstrated problem‐solving skills and initiative
  • Highly collaborative with a service‐oriented mindset across international and domestic teams
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Global travel required up to 10–20% depending on business needs

Desired Qualifications

  • MBA
  • Experience with commodities trading, foreign negotiations, or managing large‐scale international partnerships
  • CPSM certification
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to anticipate global impacts of decisions related to currency, tariffs, logistics, and geopolitical disruptions
  • SAP or other ERP experience
  • bilingual (Korean/Spanish)
