Job Summary
Strategic Sourcing Manager in Marketing & Business Services Sourcing leads end-to-end sourcing across categories including influencer and marketing agency services, professional and consulting services, staffing and labour, and employee benefits. You will lead RFx processes, direct negotiations, and contract execution while building category strategies, driving cost optimization, and establishing scalable procurement processes. The role requires strong stakeholder relationships across Marketing, People, and Finance, with a hands-on approach to delivering value from every dollar spent and partnering with Legal and Finance to ensure compliance. 5+ years of sourcing or procurement experience and a track record in Marketing Services and General Services is expected.
